We realise that a lot of people still worry about entering their details on the internet, we also know how annoying junk
e-mails can be. Our systems have been designed with these factors in mind. We therefore promise that your details will be used
solely for the purpose you intended i.e. delivery of the goods you ordered and we will not pass your details on to
any organisation.
None of our customers have reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of a purchase made with us. We take your peace of mind and the security of your card details very seriously, this is why we employ an external specialist in card processing and security
to handle your transactions. All data transfers are protected by 128 bit encryption and are never readable as plain text during transfers. Card payments will be appear on your account
statement as being deducted using our parent company name "CASWebRetail".
We do use per-session cookies on parts of our site. To get the best results you should enable these in your browser. For Internet explorer, these are found in "Tools/Internet Options/Security".
The normal delivery period is within 2 to 10 working days from the date you place your order (unless otherwise stated in the product description). If there is any deviation from this period, we will contact you by phone or email to ensure that
you wish to continue with the order.
Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our store. You can pay for them using the stores
standard payment method(s). Once purchased the value of the Gift Voucher will be added to your own personal
Gift Voucher Account. If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you will notice that the amount now
shows in he Shopping Cart box, and also provides a link to a page where you can send the Gift Voucher
to some one via email.
How to send Gift vouchers
To send a Gift Voucher that you have purchased, you need to go to our Send Gift Voucher Page. You can
find the link to this page in the Shopping Cart Box in the right hand column of
each page.
When you send a Gift Voucher, you need to specify the following:
The name of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to.
The email address of the person you are sending the Gift Voucher to.
The amount you want to send. (Note you don't have to send the full amount that
is in your Gift Voucher Account.)
A short message which will apear in the email.
Please ensure that you have entered all of the information correctly, although
you will be given the opportunity to change this as much as you want before
the email is actually sent.
Buying with Gift Vouchers
If you have funds in your Gift Voucher Account, you can use those funds to
purchase other items in our store. At the checkout stage, an extra box will
appear. Clicking this box will apply those funds in your Gift Voucher Account.
Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there
is not enough in your Gift Voucher Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
If you have more funds in your Gift Voucher Account than the total cost of
your purchase the balance will be left in you Gift Voucher Account for the
future.
Redeeming Gift Vouchers
If you receive a Gift Voucher by email it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Voucher, along with possibly a short message from them. The Email
will also contain the Gift Voucher Number. It is probably a good idea to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Voucher in
two ways.
1. By clicking on the link contained within the email for this express purpose.
This will take you to the store's Redeem Voucher page. you will the be requested
to create an account, before the Gift Voucher is validated and placed in your
Gift Voucher Account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.
2. During the checkout procces, on the same page that you select a payment method
there will be a box to enter a Redeem Code. Enter the code here, and click the redeem button. The code will be
validated and added to your Gift Voucher account. You Can then use the amount to purchase any item from our store.

Delivery is FREE on orders over £20 to all mainland UK locations. A delivery charge of £1.95 will be charged on orders under £20.
Please note, some items under £20 may be delivered free of charge, these will be clearly marked 'FREE DELIVERY'. We aim to dispatch all orders
placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) on the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday or Weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
For deliveries outside of the UK mainland, we can notify you of any further delivery cost, by e-mail or telephone, either before or after you place the order. We will not proceed with the order
until we have advised you of any additional costs and have attained your agreement to continue.
We offer a 10 day satisfaction guarantee on top of the manufacturers warranty, this means that you may return the product, at your own expense, within 10 days of dispatch and receive a full refund or exchange, with no questions asked. The product should be in the condition it was shipped, along with all packaging.

Refund Policy
Outside of the guarantee period, we are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. If an item is being returned because of an error on our behalf or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund your costs of returning it to us and will dispatch a replacement or perform a refund in the same way as the initial payment was made.

To order from our website, please click the 'SHOP' tab at the top of the screen, a selection of departments will be displayed, simply click on a department to view its products. To see details of a particular product, either click on the image or the product description. At any point you can click the 'Add to Trolley' button to add the item to your order. To complete and place your order, select the 'Go to Checkout' button, or click the 'CHECKOUT' tab at the top of the screen.
Fill in the billing and delivery details, then click the 'Purchase' button, this will take you to the delivery verification screen, select 'proceed' to progress to the payment gateway. Fill in the card details and click 'proceed' to place your order. A confirmation email will be sent to verify the details of your order.
